Expertise gained over many years is just a part of the professional service offered, and because each site will be different, NSG Services Limited with their specialist knowledge will tailor the method of demolition to suit. Based in Southport, NSG Services Limited cover not only general demolition on commercial, industrial and residential sites. In addition to these operations carried out by the Demolition Division, NSG Services Limited are specialised to cover asbestos removal and refurbishment projects.
We provide full demolition and clearance service to sites in industrial, commercial, and residential environments, within both the public and private sectors.

METHOD
We also undertake works on sites where facades are to be retained, and where adjacent structures are to be supported. The Method by which contracts commence and progress will vary depending on the individual merits of each project. When appointed as Principal Contractor, a detailed Health and Safety Plan is prepared and developed in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994, and presented to both Client and Planning Supervisor for discussion. A preliminary programme, outlining the sequence of intended operations will also be prepared. Both can subsequently be altered to incorporate agreed amendments and/or client requirements.
A typical statement of method will detail the phasing and progression of works, and the manner in which they will be approached, together with information on the types of plant and resources to be used.
Where the works to be carried out require a further degree of attention, specific items will be brought to the attention of the client and measures discussed to ensure successful execution.
The Measure of an efficient demolition contractor is the emphasis which is placed upon careful forward planning which will take account of the location of the site, the nature of the structure to be demolished, and any relevant environmental considerations.
Suitable methods of work, choice of plant utilised and adoption of appropriate working hours can assist the necessary regard for local sensitivities and minimise any adverse environmental impact.
